Preparing the youth of today for leadership tomorrow

Cadet Programs is one of the three fundamental missions of Civil Air Patrol.  It is designed to develop leadership skills, moral values, and foster cooperation amongst our youth and the community.  Much of the information learned can be applied outside the Civil Air Patrol, but can also be used in preparation for military, government, and industrial service.

Cadet Programs oversees cadet training and orientation in the wing, cadet encampments, and a Cadet Advisory Council which offers cadet perspective directly to the wing commander.
